Today, after two months of adding lightness, I have gone under the two hundred pound mark. I have gone under 90kg actually, w
hich is the actual
celebration for me.
I don’t know why or how I did it... Alls I know is that if I want to break under 15% body fat as I intended to originally I will have to attend the gym and... ugh, win some weight back in muscle. So I’m probably going to stay at 197 pounds for a very little amount of time.

Congratulations. Losing it is easy - maintaining it is where the real struggle begins.

I just stepped on the scale for the first time in a long time. I have a long way to go to be under 100kg. congratulations!

I’ve been 225 for a very long time. Would love to get to 210. Under 200 would be incredible.

Fantastic! I’ve been tracking myself almost daily for 2 years, and I like to use multiple metrics based on my bodyfat scale (they’re precise, but not accurate, so trending is the best use of them).
Scale provides: Total weight; Body fat %; Muscle mass %
I d erive : Body fat mass; muscle mass; ratio of muscle to fat mass
The last one (bold) has become my new favorite because I can maintain a certain weight range and watch it improve. It’s much more useful than just the “raw” metrics above it.
I’m also in the high 190s with around 15% bf (+/- 2% or so) and have found it’s pretty maintainable for me. Everyone’s natural composition is different, you just have to find what you can manage without completely making your life miserable :)

That’s a fun one; according to my latest scan I’m at 3.2:1 muscle: fat
I need to up my muscle mass like four pounds because I do want to reach high 13s

It’s doable... but numbers are that... what i really like about this diet is that it makes me control my anxiety - lot
Its just a bit odd; It was quite fast, but I’m not there yet.

I’m around 2.85:1, but I was at 2.1:1 about a year and a half ago. PROGRESS!
Keeping that ratio high should also help to keep your resting metabolic rate high and body fat down (since muscle burns a lot more energy than fat, per unit of mass)

I’m 6'1" and carry a lot of muscle. Wish I knew exactly how much was fat so that I could have a true goal (with 15% body fat).
Interesting about it controlling your anxiety.

If you don’t follow the diet and you kick yourself out of ketosis, ha-bye muscle mass

I’m fortunate that I don’t have too much anxiety in my life, so I don’t generally have the bad eating that can come with it. I just love good food.

If you want to supercharge that, get rid of all sugars, and any fats after 6PM. Dinner is where you make or break a diet.
